Friday, October 17th (10am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm)
Friday, October 24th (9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3:30pm)
Wednesday, October 29th (9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm)
In order to receive the flu shot you must be a registered patient of Apple Hills Medical Associates and your Health Card must be valid up to date and not (expired).
