For prescription refills please contact your pharmacy to fax a refill request to your Doctor.

If you require IMMEDIATE assistance contact our office by phone as a response to your email can take between 24-48 business hours.  URGENT requests are not be sent through email.

If you DO NOT receive an email response after 24 hours please contact our office by phone.

Multiple Emails for the same reason will not be responded to, please contact us by phone.
